	Open a US bank account upon your arrival in the US. It takes 15 minutes, a copy of your passport and a minimum of $100 deposit.
	Keep a copy of all wire transfers to the US.
	We will require 2 months bank statements on your UK account. We will also require proof of origin of any large deposits (Patriot Act).
	Don't wait until the last minute to transfer funds to the US bank account.
	You are not required to complete the purchase in Florida. You can have a solicitor witness your signatures in the UK and then courier the papers back to the US.
